If you plan on cancelling on an appointment you must give 24hr notice.
No exceptions.
If you cancel an appointment without 24hr notice you will lose your deposit and will have to pay full price of the tattoo that you missed.
If you reschedule the appointment before the 24hr notice your deposit will stay with you for your reschedule.
If you cancel/miss your appointment you must forfeit another deposit for a new booking.
